The Inventor’s Workshop takes 10 world changing inventions and shows us their history with incredibly engaging text and fun illustrations. You may know that the first clock was a sundial, but did you know the first engine was called a “Wind ball”? I love the section showing the timeline of how we went from carrier pigeons in ancient Egypt to our quick cell phone texts! Excellent STEAM book for kids and adults alike.
